- Breeding registered stock with good feet and movement, consistent performance on grass and hay, calm dispositions, and good conformation. I do not feed grain except for a few handfuls during training so they'll know what it is. I do vaccinate my animals, but do not add growth hormones, steroids, sub-therapeutic antibiotics, or animal by-products to their diet.
